Note:  Daskalos enlarged the diagram of the symbol in relation to the human body to make the structure of the connecting path ways more visible.  The Actual location of the centers microcosmically are on the etheric double  directly over the major organs, such as the genitals, liver, spleen, solar plexus, the heart, the top of the lungs and then the centers just over the shoulders.

Also the use of black background in connection with the symbol represents the the unknown, that which is incomprehensible to the human intelligence, the un-manifested Reality - the Infinite Absolute Beingness, the Real nature of God.
